Important notice for visa applicants
In most cases participants from developing countries needing a visa for Bulgaria must get an invatation for participation from Alexander Georgiev, Alex_honey1979(at)abv.bg provided that they have paid their registration fee and have a hotel reservaton and a return ticket.
If your stay is for about one-two weeks the chances of getting a visa are better than if you apply for a longer stay.
Be aware that in the case you cannot come to the conference, we have to deduce the sum paid by the organisers to legalize the invitation which is 50 Euros. An invitation for the same sum can be made for up to 5 persons.

The registration fee includes the conference bag (booklet with program and the printed abstracts), all lunches (buffet) and drinks during breaks, the Evening Cocktail, the National Evening and bus transportation from Bourgas airport to and from the Sunny Beach on 26.8 and 29.8.
The accompanying persons have all benefits of the symposium, excepting the conference bag.
