Do you have any information about Arbutus honey from Sardinia and Portugal ? The unique bitter honey. I wondered whether the bitterness is contributed by the presence of Alkaloids and also if this honey had strong antibacterial activity which was non-peroxidal ? Thank You. Rustam |
